Fight Club
A Christian Approach to Sin
This class is designed to reintroduce an old Christian doctrine - something that our forefathers called mortification , which means to put to death, to discipline, to deny. Puritan John Owen, in the 17th century put it simply: Kill sin, or it will kill you. What is sin? Is it really that big a deal? Didn't Jesus eliminate sin in the believer's life? Are there really some practical ways to deal with the earthly nature? Is it worth the fight? Join us each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and see for yourself.
